At SNAP, our Buyers Advocate fees are as simple as ABC.

| C. Service Fees |
Our competitive service fee is linked to the price of the property (or can be replaced by a fixed price fee if you prefer).
Simply choose one of the following service options: |
| SEARCH – The ‘Search’ service includes a detailed analysis of your property goals and purchase criteria, followed by a comprehensive property search in your target area(s). Short-listed properties will be presented to you and made available for inspection to enable the selection of a candidate for negotiation. |
1.1% of the property purchase price (payable at exchange of contracts)

| NEGOTIATE – The ‘Negotiate’ service includes a thorough assessment of your selected property – comparing it to other similar properties for sale / recently sold. Armed with this information we agree a target price range and your SNAP Buyers Advocate then proceeds to negotiate the optimum purchase price and conditions. |
1.1% of the property purchase price (payable at exchange of contracts)

PURCHASE – The ‘Purchase’ service includes the selection and efficient coordination of professional property purchase specialists including accountant, mortgage broker, solicitor / conveyancer, insurance broker, pest inspector, building inspector, valuer and (for investors) the quantity surveyor and property manager(s).
Also included is assistance in planning for key pre and post-purchase property costs (enabling you to arrive at a total cost of ownership). |

SNAP (Search Negotiate And Purchase) – Our premium (and most popular) package – includes all three Buyers Advocate services above, but at a discounted price. The SNAP service provides complete (end-to-end) management of the process of securing your property and includes all elements of the ‘Search’, ‘Negotiate’ and ‘Purchase’ services – linking them seamlessly together to make buying your property a SNAP. |
2.2% of the property purchase price (payable when the contract for the property purchase is unconditional)

Discounts
As a thank you for paying your fees promptly – all Buyers Advocate fees paid within 14 days of their due date will automatically be discounted by 15% of the fee amount.
Example
For a property purchase of $400,000 the fees are as follows:
Engagement Fee: $1000 less 15% discount = $850
PLUS
Services Fee: $400,000 x 2.2% = $8,800 less 15% discount = $7480
EQUALS
TOTAL FEES: $850 + $7,480 = $8,330
Caps
Our Buyers Advocate Service fees are capped for properties in excess of $800,000 (eg. $1million property service fee is the same as $800,000 service fee). No matter what – you won’t pay more than this capped amount for your service fee.
