At SNAP Property Buying Support, our mission is to fully

expert in the Search, Negotiation And Purchase of residential property.
Our Buyers’ Agent service restores the balance
to what is normally a lopsided battle, with the
purchaser standing alone against an experienced
selling agent and vendor. We even the odds and bring
our negotiating experience to bear to ensure the best
possible outcome for our buying clients.
Our Specialty
We specialise in supporting
buyers of residential properties,
including both home buyers (owner occupiers)
and investors. We have experience in the Victorian
market ranging from Phillip Island in the east
to Apollo
Bay in the west – and service all Melbourne suburbs in between.
SNAP is a
focused Buyers’ Advocacy. Although we are fully conversant with related disciplines such as accounting,
valuing, conveyancing, mortgage broking, insurance, building
inspections (and many of the other specialty areas
associated with the purchase of property) - our focus
is on the
one thing we know best – Searching, Negotiating And Purchasing residential property.

Our Director
Our Director –
Scott Caddaye – first started investing in property 18
years ago at age 26. Since then, he has gone on to
amass an investment portfolio that includes one, two,
three and four-bedroom houses, units and tourist
accommodation. Realising that there was a gap in the
market for an easy to understand but comprehensive
book describing the property purchase process, Scott
has recently written a book titled “The First Timer’s
Guide to Australian Property Investment” (out now in all good bookshops and online retailers).
With his real world experience as a
property investor and his professional project
management background – Scott's hands-on role as a Buyers Agent will make sure that your
property purchase is handled efficiently and
successfully.

honesty and integrity flow through every aspect of
the organisation. We do not sell properties or
receive commissions of any kind in relation to
the sale of properties. We are completely independent and as Buyers' Agents we
